We spent the last week at the flat in Highbury place in London. On behalf of my family, I would like to thank you both, and Warren Price, for the very enjoyable stay we had at your flat. We really felt at home away from home from all aspects. The actual layout of the flat and all the appliances, exactly as in the web site, the bottle of wine, the games for the kids, the first aid kit (which came into use), the electrical socket adapters, the book & maps about London, the local shopping guide we found in the flat booklet, etc.
All in all your attention to the small details really made our stay very enjoyable in London. We will recommend to family & friends to rent the flat next time they are
in London. Again, thank you very much ! Please feel free to post this in the web site about the flat.

Dear Warren, Thank you so much for everything ! The apartment was exactly as we wanted....it was so close to all the stations and the underground. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we could ever need in the way of utensils and appliances.
I was always happy and grateful with your quick email replies to any question I posed to you. Thank you for that Warren .
We had a good trip home... mind you with travelling 20 hours straight with only a 5 hour stopover in Japan we collapsed in a heap on arrival in
Brisbane at 8am. It took us over an hour and a half to get through customs at this end. They are very thorough with checking the baggage and sniffer
dogs everywhere. Luckily they didn't find anything on the J's!!!

I was looking for an alternative to a hotel, and was searching online for a short term apartment rental, when I came across Price Apartments. two things struck me right away; It appeared that they had been in business for quite a few years, and they weren't an anonymous corporation. So I started emailing Nick Price to get more information.

From the first few emails, I knew my search was over. Mr. Price answered all of my questions in a timely fashion. I sent him at least half a dozen different messages, and could always expect a answer within 24 hours. We worked together to find an apartment I would be comfortable with, which he offered at a fair and reasonable price. I also opted for the airport
pickup, and everything was all set for our London arrival. It almost seemed too easy, but I was still a little unsure of what to expect.

As soon as we left customs in Heathrow, we were met by Nick's son Warren, who brought us straight to our apartment. On the car ride from the airport, Warren gave us more information about the neighborhood we would be staying in, and pointed out some of the necessary conveniences (super market, internet cafe, local pub) which were all within a 2 minute walk. Any remaining hesitations I had were squashed.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. The pictures and descriptions on the website were 100% accurate. It was clean, comfortable, and totally what we were looking for. I'm very pleased with my whole experience with Nick Price apartments, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone interested in accommodation in London. Nick and Warren run a professional service with a personal touch and they are always available for any questions or requests. I can't wait to plan my next trip!!! Greg B, Providence RI Jan 04

Thank you for the use of your Putney apartment for the last three weeks. We had a wonderful holiday and really appreciated your most comfortable, well appointed unit, in a convenient location and wonderful views of the Thames.
(With Don's interest in boats and having held a commercial pilots licence you can imagine the views were perfect!)
This third visit to London left us with a much greater appreciation of city life, and we will certainly recommend the advantages of apartment over hotel living.
We also appreciated being able to have Kim spend time with us, and cook her a 'real' meal away from her crowded flat.

I am writing to thank you for all of your help in making our trip to London a wonderful lifetime memory for my family. Your kind help in getting the airport pick-up was such a relief and being met by Warren at the flat made us feel so welcome. I truly cannot say enough about how happy we were at 31 Balcombe Street. The flat surpassed my expectations. It could not have been more perfect for our family: we found the flat to be warm, cozy, and comfortable and I appreciated the thoughtful attention to the decor. It gave the girls room to stretch out in the evening and do their homework, talk, write in their journals and play. We used the kitchen every day; it was well outfitted and met all of our needs for breakfasts and evening snacks.

After a long day of sightseeing, or a late night out to a play, we so appreciated the short walk from Marylebone to the flat. I found the neighborhood to be lovely and I felt safe; I liked walking to the market in the morning and found a number of favorite shops. The street was also so quiet and this is such a luxury in London.

Please know that I will be passing on your name to several friends who will be visiting London this summer as well as my relatives who return to England for visits on a regular basis. I also will go on the travel website I used for research to sing your praises.

I have a few housekeeping details. I first wanted to thank you for the mid week clean-up. I did not know it was scheduled, but it was a nice surprise to come home to on Monday. I apologize for the mess in my nieces' room; their teenage habits of dropping anything on the floor must have made it hard to pick up. I trust you found the second set of keys; I had both of them on the table and then in the last minute rush one pair got moved. Let me know if you don't have them. We used the phone for 3 brief local calls; let me know how much they are when the bill comes in. My three nieces used it fairly often to call California and talk to their parents; I used an MCI calling card. I am assuming there won't be local charges for this, but please let me know if I owe you local charges for these calls.

Cheers, Nick...wanted to let you know how very much I enjoyed staying in No. 13 at Dalmeny Court. Loved the "feel" of the flat; it was quite homey and very comfortable. I have to share a story about the stay there: one afternoon I was taking a bit of a nap when I heard an older man say through the door, "have you just used the loo?" I went to the door and said "no, I haven't." Soon after I hear this man and another man talking somewhat animatedly in the hall. Turns out that the man was really asking, "have you just used the lift?" He lives on the top floor and had had to walk up four flights of stairs to discover that someone on our floor had left the lift unclosed. The young man he was talking to was the culprit. Hi Nick - just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful stay at the flat in London. The flat was spacious, clean and very comfortable. An added bonus was that it was very well situated, being close to stores and the Underground. I honestly think a flat is the only way to travel when you have 2 young adults, 1 teenage boy, and 1 middle-aged woman (me) struggling to keep up with them! It was really nice to come "home" after a busy day to a place where we could all find our own personal corners and not get in each other's hair! Doing that in a hotel would have been difficult at best. Hope we left the place in good condition for you. Give my regards to Patrick for his excellent transportation.
