THE STUDIO - If you are looking for a competitively priced, clean and comfortable place to stay in London for a holiday, business trip, week-end* or even a night* the Studio could be the perfect solution.

 With a location that’s as attractive as it is convenient - the Studio, set in a quiet residential area of Highbury, is close to the West End and the City.  It is a beautifully designed, self contained, ground floor apartment with its own deck overlooking a pretty walled garden.

 THE LIVING AREA  is furnished with a double bed and electric blanket, sofa, coffee table, chest of drawers, desk, TV and your own telephone line with a modem socket.  The flooring is beechwood  with a large central rug and there are full width sliding french doors opening onto the wooden deck where you can sit and relax on warm days and evenings.

 THE KITCHEN AREA is fitted with a granite work surface, two ring gas hob, stainless steel sink and drainer, microwave with a grill and conventional oven, and a refrigerator with a good size freezing compartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with saucepans, glasses, crockery and cutlery.  The dining table seats two but can be extended for guests.

 THE BATHROOM with WC has a washbasin with a large well-lit mirror and a multi-voltage shaving socket.  The built in shower cubicle has a wall mounted showerhead with a separate hand shower.  There is a washer/dryer machine, iron and ironing board.

WE PROVIDE bed linen and towels which are changed weekly, gas fired central heating and plenty of hot water.  The Studio adjoins our own home and we are on hand to offer help if it is needed.

AMENITIES - Our nearest underground station, 5 minutes away, is Arsenal on the Piccadilly line. Highbury & Islington on the Victoria line is 10 minutes away.  Both take you to the centre of London in 10 to 20 minutes while the Piccadilly line provides direct access to Heathrow Airport. The nearest bus stop is also a five-minute walk and from there you can catch buses to Islington, Covent Garden, Shaftsbury Avenue, Piccadilly Circus, Knightsbridge and all over London.

 A huge range of restaurants and bars, the world famous Camden Passage Antiques Market and the popular Almeida Theatre are in nearby Upper Street.  Highbury swimming pool, tennis courts and a full range of shops are all within easy walking distance.
