There is satellite television available, faxes in all rooms with direct dial telephones and modem points. The larger flats have washer/dryers and entry phones with a lift to nearly all floors. If you want the best then this is the location for you.  Green Park tube is a short walk as is Piccadilly Circus, Bond St, Grosvenor Square, Hyde Park and the Burlington Arcade.
